What do I need to get started?
Any CCTV system that can export footage, plus your POS transaction logs. Argus works with the cameras you already own — no new hardware required.
Do you watch my cameras live?
No. You upload footage on your schedule; Argus processes it against your POS data and returns short, spliced clips of key events for review.
How does CCTV × POS splicing work?
Every POS event — sale, void, no-sale, discount — is timestamp-matched to its exact frames of footage. Instead of scrubbing a full shift, you review a handful of moments.
Is my footage secure?
Footage is encrypted and stored in Singapore-hosted Amazon S3 cloud storage. Retention windows and per-camera storage scale with your plan.
Which events can I track?
No-receipt sales, open drawers, voids, PWD/Senior discount misuse, SOP and internal policy violations — plus custom key events you define for your business.
Can I try it on one branch first?
Yes. Plans are priced per camera, per branch — start with a single till camera on Lite and scale to Pro as you grow.
